The team at the Firm is well versed with the provisions of the Companies Act, FERA and FEMA regulations and the like, in order to provide detailed guidance to Clients at every step of running their business from incorporation of a Company to advising on acquisitions, if any. Further, the Firm has also represented Clients before the Company Law board and other statutory authorities and has also advised on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures whenever such a need has arisen.
